Mergers: Current Trends and Future Implications

October 24, 2002 -- Ellen Lazar, executive director of the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation, and Rachel Bratt, professor at the Department of Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning at Tufts University, participated in a Fannie Mae Foundation Knowledgeplex chat on CDC Mergers: Current Trends and Future Implications.

Both have extensive experience with CDC mergers, from both micro and macro perspectives. Carol Wayman, director of Policy, Research Development and
