The National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling (NFMC) program hosted two workshops for Grantees and Sub-grantees at the NeighborWorks Training Institute held in Washington, DC in December 2008. One workshop provided an opportunity for participants to hear from lenders on their recent loan modification programs, and the other workshop was a forum to ask NFMC staff any questions regarding the program. Information shared at the workshops is provided below. The NFMC program will hold similar sessions at the Atlanta NTI in February.
