NeighborWorks can tailor its well-tested assessment tools and experiences to an organization’s specific needs, providing recommendations for practices that support success and provide a framework for accountability. 

NeighborWorks America contracts directly with nonprofits or with their supporters from the public or private sectors to provide assessments. NeighborWorks partners with sponsors who share its commitment to build stronger communities and help create and preserve affordable housing.
