NeighborWorks
multi-year financial health assessments are conducted off-site.
Benefits:
- Assess overall financial health of the organization
- Confirm solvency and sustainability
- Analyze historical risk and trends
- Measure balance sheet strength
Process:
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) reviews at least three years of financial reports and audited statements and runs the organization through a number of ratios and tests to determine fiscal health of the organization. The report is complete with graphs that reflect a thorough evaluation of the organization’s financial status.
Once scheduled the process takes approximately two weeks from the provision of materials until the written report is presented. The cost of evaluation depends on the size of the organization and complexity of its programs.
