Applying the power of revolutionary thinking and performance

Succeeding At Your Challenge
You will select and refine your articulation of at least one core performance challenge facing your organization. You will commit -- to your organization, your board, this program, and yourself -- to define success against that challenge and then to achieve that success. And by focusing your efforts in this program around your own challenge, you will find the time and energy required to both perform and to learn.

Coursework
Harvard University’s multidisciplinary faculty will focus on the issues of leadership in community development using a case-based approach. Throughout the program, the focus remains on your issues and the ever-present challenge: how to increase the community impact of the work you do.

Consulting and Peer Group Work
The program also provides consulting and peer group collaboration with a team of coaches to guide you through the program to help you pinpoint the key initiatives and activities required to succeed at your challenge and the definition of outcome-based goals you must set to motivate and drive that success.
